What makes one person’s role in the organization different from another person’s role?

How can that difference be measured within an organization, across an industry, in different countries, on different continents, under different currencies? Time span is defined as the length of time a person can work into the future without direction, using their own discretionary judgment to achieve a specific goal.

April Program to Focus on Diversity and Succeed 2020 Initiative

The Southwest Area Human Resource Association is pleased to welcome Sahar Memon from Pakistan. Miss Memon is a foreign exchange student in Richardton, ND. Our chapter has invited her to speak to our members about her country as a diversity education program. She speaks 14 languages and will educate us on her country of Pakistan. Miss Memon said her main goal with her presentation is to help clear up misconceptions between both the US and Pakistan.
