The Southwest Area Human Resource Association welcomes Troy Seibel, North Dakota Labor Commissioner as our speaker for March.  His presentation “Training Supervisors—Not an Option, A Necessity”, will cover information important to all companies, large and small. Join us!

The Southwest Area Human Resource Association welcomes Martha Erickson as our speaker for February. Martha will present information on school to work transition projects with Dickinson High School.  She will share some of the challenges being faced with what kids know and don’t know and how HR professionals can help the process.

Diversity is more than race or color. Diversity is very broad and encompasses a wide variety of differences in today’s workplace. Join us for our January meeting as   SAHRA presents a panel of local experts who will discuss opportunities for employers to become more aware of diversity within their current workforce.  Panelists include:

Beth Grandell, Coordinator for the Dickinson Adult Learning Center

Jenna Wilm is the Membership Director for the North Dakota State Human Resource Association. Jenna has over 10 years of human resource experience. She has served on the NDSHRM State Council for the past five years in numerous roles including Secretary/Treasurer, Membership Director, and will begin her role as Director Elect in January 2016. She currently holds her PHR and SHRM-CP certifications and is the Senior Human Resources Generalist of Integrity Windows in Fargo.
