Everybody has rights except me! Right? How often do you feel that you have to bend over backwards to give people “equal (aka special) treatment” in order to comply with this law or that. When it comes to people with disabilities, the Americans with Disabilities Act is a civil rights act that offers people with disabilities “equality” when it comes to hiring, firing and retaining employment. What is “reasonable accommodation”? When is reasonable not reasonable at all, but is an “undue hardship”? Join us for information about related case law, hear about accommodations that are readily achievable, and learn about hidden disabilities.
