North Central MAC Rep. Jason Sutheimer

    It’s my honor to serve as your 2024 SHRM North Central Membership Advisory Council (MAC) Representative and work together with you to help shape the world of work.

    The MAC is the highest level of SHRM volunteers and is composed of one elected representative from each of the five SHRM regional councils and provides input from the membership through the regional councils to the SHRM Board of Directors and vice versa.

    The MAC provides operational input into SHRM to ensure optimum service and support to and from volunteer leaders. To effectively serve you in this position, it is imperative that MAC members be in communication with state and local volunteer leaders to help support their mission, vision, and initiatives.

    I have always said that we have the best volunteer leaders and professionals in our State and in our region and I want to thank you for everything you do for the HR profession, HR professionals, and every worker across North Dakota. I hope you can see how the ND SHRM initiatives make an impact on the world of work and create better workplaces for a better world.
