The Importance of Employer Branding in Your Local Community

Angelo DeFilippis with JobsHQ will be our speaker for June. The presentation will serve two purposes.  It will introduce the concept of “Employer Branding” and why all companies, regardless of size or revenue, should take part in building their brand.  The second part of the presentation will show the steps to developing your “employer brand.”  Participants will walk away knowing what employer branding means, how to devise your company’s strategy, how to implement that strategy, along with the various forms of media, and finally report on it.
