    Housing Issues for Employers

    Members and guests welcome!

    Roundtable discussion facilitated by Mary Anderson, Executive Director of Able, Inc.:  Ÿessential service housing, workforce affordable housing,  Ÿcooperatively identifying our new workforce - what statistics are businesses keeping?  Ÿ traveling employees from in state or out of state? Ÿ 72 units of affordable housing are tentatively scheduled to be available July 1 with more units possible in November (time is a bit of the essence as there will be public hearings in April or May for the Housing Incentive Funds).  Also joining us is Becky Thorpe of West Plains Realty who will answer questions about the current housing market.
