Note the date change... SAHRA will be meeting the first Thursday in August. Ogletree Deakins, a labor and employment law firm, will present a program on Internal Investigations: A discussion of best practices and recent legal development in the ever-changing world of workplace investigations. This presentation will identify key practices, strategies for gathering facts, interviewing parties and witnesses, and preparing reports. An overview of common mistakes will also be discussed.
