Time Span & Strata Level
What makes one person’s role in the organization different from another person’s role?
How can that difference be measured within an organization, across an industry, in different countries, on different continents, under different currencies? Time span is defined as the length of time a person can work into the future without direction, using their own discretionary judgment to achieve a specific goal.
Our speaker, Joe Rothschiller, earned his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration / accounting from Dickinson State University. He has been employed with Steffes Corporation for 26 years and is currently their President and Chief Operating Officer. Steffes Corporation is a $100 million diversified metal manufacturing company in southwestern, ND. They employ 265 people and manufacture and sell products to the energy, agricultural, and industrial markets across North America. The company has several OEM products and makes components, weldments and attachments for other industrial manufacturing companies.
