Real Colors Program

Marilyn Moe has been a certified facilitator for Real Colors since 2005, receiving her certification from the National Curriculum and Training Institute, Inc. She has provided many workshops on Real Colors for organizations, employees, supervisors, and teams across the state.

Real Colors helps participants discover their own personal strengths and recognize the strengths in others.  Participants learn to understand, appreciate and value the viewpoints of others and enhance their ability to understand how others process information.  Participants will learn to identify their personality and that of others and will gain insights into different motivations, actions and communication approaches. This is an engaging, exciting and practical workshop that brings temperament theory into real-life applications. Participants will receive a workbook to take with them to reinforce the theories learned. We hope you can join us!

There is a $10 fee at the door for all non-SAHRA members.

Members and guests are welcome to attend and hear informative presentations on a variety of HR-related topics.
